1- Will SSQ Mobile Services work on my smartphone?
Open your smartphone's Web browser and go to www.ssq.ca/mobile. You will be automatically redirected to a page which will indicate whether you can download SSQ Mobile Services onto your smartphone.
2- When will the Android version of the application be available?
It's NOW AVAILABLE on Android Market.
3- Is it possible to submit a claim for several of my dependents at once?
Yes. It is possible to select several dependents for a single claim. To do so, you must select the dependents involved at step 2 of the claim process. Afterwards, at step 4, you must enclose all the receipts required for the claims of these dependents.
